Caroline has more than 20 years of arts and community leadership experience within government agencies, nonprofits and the private sector. She is currently the executive director of the local arts agency for Nashville, Tennessee. In various roles over the past 10 years, she has led the agency toward more equitable funding distributions, artist commissions and innovative community-led work through grants, public art and youth development programs.
She previously served as the Vice-Chair of the Americans for the Arts Public Art Network Council and currently serves as a representative to the United States Urban Arts Federation (USUAF). She is a graduate of the 2020 Leadership Nashville class.
Caroline spends most of her downtime reading fiction, trying not to kill plants, and wrangling the ever-growing population of pets in her home, alongside her two kids and husband.
