SaBrina O. Jeffcoat is a visual artist specializing in mixed media pieces with sculptural elements. Previously having worked in art sales, education and programming and exhibition design with the Columbia Museum of Art and the Savannah College of Art & Design, SaBrina is now working within her purpose, building community through art.
SaBrina has utilized her education and experience to ensure the success of her first business venture, Royal African Company, Ltd. Co. Originally a retailer of afrocentric accessories and home goods, Royal African Co. has refined its focus. In addition to accessories, current work includes collaborations with What She Said Project: hosting an interactive experience based on the UC Berkley study, “36 Questions for Increasing Closeness”; providing art consultation to nonprofit organizations in South Carolina and piloting the Wellbred Program at the Center for Learning, Inc.; teaching children life skills through STEAM instruction in Columbia.
Royal African Company, Ltd. Co. aims to tell the story of the people of color that have made the South the rich place that it is today through artfully crafted goods.
