Alvin Acosta: Business Consultant

AIR programs are very unique in terms of approaching things from a collaborative perspective as opposed to the competitive aspect. What typically drives business is to compete, and what’s driving this process is to collaborate.

What surprises me, but doesn’t surprise me, is that borders are nonexistent when it comes to creativity. It’s about people. And so long as your heart beats and as long as your blood’s red, you can connect with people on a human level and that’s what this program is all about. Specifically, the internal tool of trust – of trusting the process, of trusting myself, of trusting the people that I’m working with and seeking to strengthen those relationships.
